GateVPN1. The agreement
GateVPN (the app) is provided by INTREID TIM, TOV, registered at Bud. 5, kv. 38, vul. Shchaslyva, s. Prolisky, 08322, Ukraine. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
3. Acceptable use
GateVPN is a privacy tool for lawful use. You agree not to use it to break the law, to send spam or malware, to attack, scan or overload networks or systems, to infringe someone else's rights, to distribute illegal content, or to conceal activity that harms other people. We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe the service is being used this way.
You are responsible for checking whether using a VPN is permitted where you are. Some countries restrict it.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account, and the current plans, durations and prices in your local currency are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase, and on the App Store product page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
- Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown for the next period.
- To stop renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Where a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it ends, the unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
- If prices change, the new price applies only to periods starting after Apple has notified you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
5. The service as it is
We work to keep GateVPN available and running well, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular connection speed, or availability of any specific server location. Maintenance, network conditions, your internet provider and local restrictions all affect the result. A VPN encrypts your connection; it does not make you anonymous, and it does not protect against everything — it is not a substitute for careful behaviour online.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
6. Apple's position
This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and any claim about the app — including product liability, a failure to meet legal requirements, or a consumer protection claim — is our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. If a change is material, we will flag it in the app. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it — remember to cancel an active subscription separately, since deleting the app does not cancel it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
